The nojili Platform is strictly intended for persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations for online casino gaming in the Philippines. nojili does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 21 years of age.
If nojili discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, any associated data will be deleted in accordance with NPC guidelines, and any deposits will be returned after verification of the minor's identity and parental or guardian notification.
