These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and nojili ("nojili," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the nojili website located at nojili.org, including all associated services, features, content, mobile interfaces, and gaming products (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nojili Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
nojili operates in the Philippines under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are drafted in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Authority Charter), PAGCOR's online gaming regulations, and the Republic's data privacy framework under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Access to and use of the nojili Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
nojili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by or used by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at nojili's sole discretion after applicable verification and review.
By completing the nojili registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) active nojili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nojili may permanently suspend all accounts associated with the same person and forfeit any balances therein.
You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and must keep such information updated throughout your use of the Platform. nojili reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification — at account opening, before processing withdrawals, or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nojili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify nojili immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. nojili is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
nojili may require full KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, or SSS ID), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie with the submitted ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension.
nojili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may change from time to time; refer to the nojili Platform for the current list.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits are set by nojili and may vary by account verification tier. Players who complete full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.
nojili processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within approximately 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. The nojili name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, and all other content on the Platform ("nojili Content") are the proprietary property of nojili or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any nojili Content without prior written permission from nojili. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.
nojili collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the nojili Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the nojili Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
nojili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required for Platform operation and legal compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nojili, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
nojili's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to nojili in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The nojili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nojili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
nojili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, account inactivity for 12 or more consecutive months, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
You may close your nojili account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations or pending wagering requirements on bonus balances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the nojili Platform shall first be submitted to nojili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission to internal review, either party may escalate the matter to the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Philippines.
nojili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, nojili will provide notice to registered users via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the nojili Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
